This EMS Week offers a fitting moment to reflect on AEMS' 50 year history of working together to enhance EMS systems and improve patient care for our Central Region communities.

Over these five decades, AEMS has been built by ALL of you - and by the many who came before you - each playing a role in the success we share and the legacy we proudly celebrate this year.

While this video presentation highlights this year’s Arizona Department of Health Services Central Region award recipients - including the EMCT of the Year, fellow nominees, and trauma honorees - it was also created to express appreciation for everyone who has been part of AEMS over the years.

We hope you enjoy this collection of photos highlighting just some of the many people who have been part of AEMS through the decades. While not fully inclusive, this presentation offers a glimpse into our shared history and serves as a prelude to a more comprehensive tribute - coming soon - celebrating our 50th Anniversary.
